Sweet 16 Red, Black and White Hatbox Birthday Cake

This sweet 16 hat box inspired birthday cake is a take on a previous cake. The bottom tier is covered in red with a quilted pattern and fondant #16 on the front of the tier. The top tier is black and white striped with red roses and white hydrangea peeking out of the top. A red high heeled shoe created in gumpaste and fondant completes the look.
