Patron Birthday Cake

We made this awesome birthday cake for a Patron Silver fan last weekend.  The cake is red velvet and is covered in grey fondant and airbrushed to shimmer. We set the cake on a cake board decorated with wood grain inspired fondant which we also painted with food coloring. A fondant lime is set off to the side, and did I mention the cork is actually a cake pop?!
